Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ppvi, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ppvi is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Currency: All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. ppvi does not charge currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your payment provider for transactions to or from ppvi are your sole responsibility.
Account Funds: Funds held in your ppvi Account are not interest-bearing. ppvi holds player funds in segregated accounts separate from operational funds. You may not transfer funds between ppvi Accounts or to any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ppvi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ppvi does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ppvi's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit ppvi's liability for death or personal injury caused by ppvi's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
You may close your ppvi Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no chargeback or fraud investigation is pending.
ppvi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where ppvi determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) the Player's Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; or (d) ppvi is required to do so by applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
Where an Account is closed by ppvi due to a breach of these Terms, ppvi reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach and permitted by applicable law.
